Information we collect
When you request an estimate or contact us, we collect the information you provide: your name, phone number, email address, project location, project preferences, project description, preferred contact method, and any photos you choose to attach.
How we use it
We use this information to review your project, contact you about the request, prepare an estimate, schedule work, and maintain normal business records. Submitted estimate details and project photos may be stored securely in our business systems for those purposes. We do not sell your personal information.
Email delivery and service providers
Estimate requests are transmitted to Brendan Kuntz and Seth Bird by an email delivery provider. Hosting, database, file storage, analytics, and email providers may process limited data as needed to operate and protect the website and to manage estimate requests.
Photos and retention
Project photos you upload are used to understand the requested work. Photos and estimate details may be stored in a private business system accessible only to authorized owners, and may also be included with the estimate notification email. Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the inquiry, project records, legal obligations, or legitimate business purposes.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of information associated with an estimate inquiry, subject to records we must keep for legal or business reasons.
